Minimalist products look deceptively easy to design due to their clean lines and simple concepts, and it’s a process that is underrated in its complexity. The VITKA Luminaire is not an exception, it is the result of long sessions of research in functionality and aesthetics by Mashoni Design Studio. The end result is a small collection of modernist-inspired light sources, acting both as interesting spotlights and as sculptural bodies in an ambient setting.
VITKA is made of solid metal, housing the light source inside its lean silhouette. The designers went further than to seek pure stability as its end game; the design is made to instigate experimental shapes and positions. Consequently, each lamp may go beyond the usual lighting projections.Lighting
